Three files with press release, invitation, reviews and articles about the similar named project by the German curator Rüdiger Schöttle, presented at Stroom Den Haag, Sep.1 - Oct. 15, 1994. At Stroom, Schöttle showed the first version of his concept, the so called Kleines Bestiarium. The idea for Theatergarten Bestiarium dates back to 1987 when Schöttle wrote a text titled Bestiarium, Theater und Garten der Wildheit, des Kampfes und Glücks. In his eyes, the Bestiarium represents a world where the battle takes place between virtues and vices.Stroom found it important to show the Bestiarium as it dealt with his interesting vision about how to relate to public space.
