A field is an area of interest or a sphere of practical activity that exists beyond a theoretical base. When working with food as creatives, we are in constant dialogue with the field. This edition of Zefir7 welcomes two food creatives, Shuang Xu and Soyeon Ahn, who will share their research, experiments, fieldwork, and knowledge in a relaxed, sensory-attuned presentation and tasting session.

This edition is curated in conversation with Stroom’s current exhibition, Positions: Unearthing, which will also be on view during the evening.
