On Saturday 12 October 2024, a great number of participating museums and cultural institutions will open their doors again. Stroom presents a special video program with short videos by young artists from The Hague that tie in with the theme of Agustina Woodgate's exhibition More Heat Than Light.

More Heat Than Light, Woodgate's first solo exhibition in the Netherlands, explores the relationship between heat and information. Rising temperatures have an effect on communication infrastructures; it can obscure or complicate, accelerate or alter the transmission of messaging. The video works, selected through an open call, take the exhibition as their starting point.
