Beautifully and centrally located on the Paviljoensgracht, on the third floor (accessible by stairs and elevator), is this large open space that can potentially be divided into different work/studio areas with your own investment. There is a water connection for building a kitchenette. The space can be rented by one artist, registered with Stroom and on the studio waiting list, or by a collective as a foundation or other association. This association can still be in the process of being established. In this case, the application must also be submitted by an artist registered with Stroom and on the studio waiting list. When the space is rented VAT-exempt, the VAT on service costs increases the cost for the tenant.
