Beautiful double space on the ground floor, connected by a kitchen and storage area. With a pleasant garden. Visibility from the street side should be utilized and remain open, keeping in contact with the street. Preference is given to a tenant who organizes public activities in (one of) the spaces. The space can be rented by individual artists registered with Stroom and on the studio waiting list, or by a collective in a foundation or other type of association. This association can still be in the process of being established. In that case, the application must also be submitted by an artist registered with Stroom and on the studio waiting list.

Area: 221 m² GFA (according to NEN 2580 measurement report)
Rent: €68 per m² per year (excl. VAT, price level 2026) for VAT-liable rental. When the space is rented VAT-exempt, the VAT on service costs increases costs for the tenant.
