The rented space: rooms 2.07 and 2.08 on the 2nd floor of the building Paviljoensgracht 20-24
Total rented area: approx. 42 m² (12.2 m² + 25.1 m² + 4.5 m² extra for common area)

Rent: €60 per m² per year (excluding VAT, 2026 price), which comes to €2,520 per year (42 m² x €60)
Advance service charges: €1,613 per m² per year (excluding VAT, 2024 price)

The above-mentioned advance service costs are based on the usage of the current tenant in 2024. The total service costs for 2024 amounted to €1,613 (excl. VAT), of which about €443 was related to heating and about €1,170 to other service costs (including electricity, water, maintenance of BMI, taxes, etc.). When the space is rented out exempt from VAT, the VAT on the service costs is an additional cost for the tenant.
