Urs Pfannenmüller
The guard house by Urs Pfannenmüller (The Hague) is a quaint little house with folding awnings made of steel. On one side, the little building is covered with dozens of colored plates. Rainwater from the corten steel roof draws brown streaks through the colors and has changed the appearance of the little building over time. When the cottage is open the shutters manifestly fold up like protruding canopies, when closed it looks like a colorful painting changing over time.
The cottage is currently in storage awaiting a new location.
