Bas de Boer, 2015

Bas de Boer made two special lamps for OBS de Vlierboom. He made photos of the monumental stained glass window and a group photo of the teachers in bird's eye view. The photos were pasted onto large round wooden discs, creating a prism-like experience from below. Because of the many staircases, alcoves and windows in the school building, the lamps can be seen from many different angles, providing a different image each time.
