Yukari Nakamichi over Video Documentation of Kinetic Works:
This project will produce professional video documentation of my kinetic and interactive artworks. Until now, I have documented my practice using photography and selfmade smartphone videos, which cannot fully capture the movement, spatial experience, or the interaction between the artworks and visitors. Professional video documentation will create a lasting archive of my practice and improve its presentation through my website, Vimeo, exhibitions, and future funding applications.
