Stroom Den Haag is located on the Hogewal 1-9 (a continuation of the Mauritskade), around the corner of the Noordeinde, almost opposite the Hilton Hotel and directly opposite the ISS (Institute of Social Studies).

Stroom is closed on New Year's Day 1 January), Easter Sunday and Monday, King's Day (27 April), Liberation Day (5 May), Ascension Day, Pentecost Sunday and Monday, Keti Koti (1 July), and the First and Second Day of Christmas (25 and 26 December).

In 2023 the office will also be closed during the first two weeks of August (31 July - 13 August) and between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
