A round aluminum colored disc with a whole in the middle hangs in the lobby. A man with a bowler hat balances on the edge of the disc and looks down. Imaginary figures holding sticks and striking bells are attached in relief on the bottom of the disc. The object is linked by a cable to a two dimensional, black segment of a circle with white dotted lines and circular forms on the wall, suggesting movement.
