Aanmoedigingsprijs 2014
Hannah Polak and Santeri Taurula
Each year the Stroom Den Haag Aanmoedigingsprijs (Encouragment Award) is given to selected student(s) as a special incentive upon their graduation from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague (KABK).
In 2014 the award was given to: Santeri Taurula (department Fine Arts) and Hannah Polak (department Fine Arts).
The artists received a cheque for € 1.250,- each, as an incentive to further their careers.
Jury members 2014
The independent jury consisted of: gallerist Frey Feriyanto, artists Floris Kaayk and Jean van Wijk and teacher/designer Adriaan Mellegers. They visited the graduation presentations of more than 170 Bachelor students.
