Stroom is open again!

Last update dd. 19 November 2020

The Dutch government has further relaxed the Corona measures. This means that Stroom is open to the public again as of 19 November 2020. From Wednesday till Sunday (12-17 hrs), you can visit our bookshop, library and exhibition space(s). We cannot let more than 30 people in at the same time and we urge our visitors to wear a face mask inside the building at all times.

The offices are also open, although we are not at full strength every day. Many people still work from home on a regular basis. Various measures have been taken to ensure that everything can be done safely and at the appropriate distance. Stroom takes the threat of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously. The health of our visitors and our team is our highest priority. We are looking forward to seeing you and we are at your service!

For the exhibition(s) you do NOT have to book in advance. If you want to study in our library, it is advisable to make a reservation by phone (070-3658985) or email ( If you happen to drop by and there is enough space, you are of course always welcome.

Stroom can be reached by email: and telephone (during office hours: Mon to Fri 11.00-17.00 hrs and Sat-Sun, 12.00-17.00 hrs). T. +31 (0)70-3658985
