Stroom Atelierbezoekprogramma Archief
Stroom organiseert sinds 2006 regelmatig atelierbezoeken door
interessante curatoren, kunstenaars, critici (zowel nationaal als
internationaal). Deze atelierbezoeken hebben tot doel de zichtbaarheid
van het kunstveld in Den Haag te vergroten, ze te voorzien van hoge
kwaliteit reflectie en positieve kritiek op het werk/ activiteiten en in
het verlengde daarvan ook de bekendheid daarmee te stimuleren. Tevens
wordt hiermee een bijdrage geleverd aan het openbreken van het
artistieke klimaat en het laten ontstaan van netwerken.
Stroom Den Haag has an active policy for art and artists from The Hague. Since 2006 Stroom has invited interesting curators, artists, critics (both from the Netherlands and abroad) to visit artists from The Hague in their studios. The aim of these studio visits is to focus more attention on artists from The Hague, to supply them with high-quality reflection on and positive criticism of their work, thus helping them in the promotion of their work. Additionally the visits will help to open up the cultural climate and to create a network.
