Je moet je leven veranderen / auteur Peter Sloterdijk ; vertaling Hans Driessen ; oorspr. Du musst dein Leben ändren. Über Antropotechnik, 2009. - Amsterdam : Uitgeverij Boom, 2011. - 510 p. ; 24 cm

Not For Profit, 2010. - Amsterdam : Ambo | Anthos uitgevers, 2011. - 214 p. ; 20 cm

First as Tragedy, then as Farce, 2009. - Amsterdam : Uitgeverij Boom, 2011. - 238 p. ; 23 cm
Bevat Noten.

Die Stadt ist unsere Fabrik = The City is our Factory / text and drawings by Christoph Shäfer. - Leipzig : Spector Books, 2010. - 304 p. : ills. ; 24 x 34 cm
This book is an essay in images & text by Christoph Schäfer, who is known for his work with Hamburg-based, militant visionaries and poetic urban planners, Park Fiction. Schäfer tells a rhizomatic story in six chapters of urban life from the primordial sludge of cities to the "Right to the City" movement in Hamburg in 2009. In the urban fabric today, subcultures, artists, and designers play an important role as producers of collective spaces, as the inventors of places of desire. In a society where passion and work, privacy and professionalism are increasingly difficult to distinguish, the battle for the city is a struggle for the means of production: a struggle for the right city.

Hans van Houwelingen : Undone / edited by Mihnea Mircan with Vincent W.J. van Gerven Oei ; texts by Julia Bryan-Wilson, Brian Dillon, Jonas Staal [...et al.]. - Heijningen : Jap Sam Books, 2011. - 348 p. : ills. ; 20 cm
The publication Undone presents three recent proposals by artist Hans van Houwelingen and, through their mediation, one of the most remarkable discourses on public art in the Netherlands. Each of the three projects is discussed by three authors. The imaginative or political traction of the proposals is investigated in relation to rapidly shifting notions of citizenship, views and uses of commemoration. The reader functions perhaps as an editorial scale model of the ampler engagement that Hans van Houwelingen's propositions require of us.

Spatial Agency : Other Ways Of Doing Architecture / authors Nishat Awan, Tatjana Schneider, Jeremy Till. - London ; New York : Routledge, 2011. - 224 p. : ills. ; 25 cm
Includes selected bibliography and index.
Particularly pertinent in the current economic climate, this book offers the reader new approaches to architectural practice in a changing world. In the spirit of Cedric Price Spatial Agency started with the belief that a building is not necessarily the best solution to a spatial problem. The project attempts to uncover a second history of architecture, one that moves sharply away from the figure of the architect as individual hero, and replaces it with a much more collaborative approach in which agents act with, and on behalf of, others.

Phenomenal: California Light, Space, Surface / edited by Robin Clark ; essays by Michael Auping, Stephanie Hanor, Adrian Kohn [...et al.]. - San Diego ; Berkeley [...et al.] : Museum of Contemporary Art : University of California Press, 2011. - 240 p. : ills. ; 24 cm
Includes bibliographical references and index.
During the 1960s and 1970s, a loosely affiliated group of Los Angeles artists--including Larry Bell, Mary Corse, Robert Irwin, James Turrell, and Doug Wheeler--more intrigued by questions of perception than by the crafting of discrete objects, embraced light as their primary medium. 'Phenomenal: California Light, Space, Surface', companion book to the exhibition of the same name, explores and documents the unique traits of the phenomenologically engaged work produced in Southern California during those decades and traces its ongoing influence on current generations of international artists.

André Kruysen : Ouborgprijs 2011 / tekst Mark Kremer, Arno van Roosmalen, P. Struycken [...et al.]. - Den Haag : Stroom Den Haag, 2011. - 120 p. : ills. ; 28 cm. - nederlands / english
Bevat biografie.
